Our delivery network is powered by a combination of our own logistics team and trusted third-party courier partners to ensure maximum coverage and reliability.
All delivery timelines and charges mentioned in this policy are estimates and may vary depending on location, product availability, weather conditions, and public holidays. Last updated: April 2026.
Delivery Coverage
Link Computer Technologies delivers to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Delivery is available for both residential and commercial addresses.
For orders within Dhaka city, we offer same-day and next-day delivery options subject to order placement time and product availability.
Deliveries to Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh divisions are handled within 3–5 business days.
Remote or hard-to-reach upazilas may require additional 1–2 business days beyond the standard delivery window. Our team will notify you if your area falls under this category.
For large or heavy items such as desktop towers, UPS units, and monitors, delivery may be restricted to specific areas. Please check availability at checkout.
Delivery Timelines
Dhaka City — Same Day: Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days may qualify for same-day delivery within Dhaka metropolitan area, subject to stock availability.
Dhaka City — Next Day: Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on same-day ineligible products will be delivered the following business day.
Dhaka Division (outside city): 1–2 business days from order confirmation.
Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna: 2–4 business days from order confirmation.
Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh: 3–5 business days from order confirmation.
Remote Districts & Upazilas: 5–7 business days from order confirmation.
Business days are Saturday through Thursday. Friday and public holidays are excluded from delivery timelines.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on your delivery location and the size/weight of the product. Charges are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Free delivery is available on orders above BDT 5,000 for Dhaka city addresses. For orders below this threshold, a standard delivery fee of BDT 60–120 applies within Dhaka.
For deliveries outside Dhaka, charges range from BDT 100 to BDT 250 depending on the district. Remote areas may incur higher charges.
For heavy or oversized products (above 5 kg), additional handling charges may apply. These will be clearly shown at checkout.
Delivery charges are non-refundable except in cases where the product is delivered damaged or incorrect, in which case Link Computer Technologies will bear the full return and re-delivery cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.
You can also track your order by logging into your Link Computer Technologies account and visiting the 'My Orders' section, or by calling our hotline at 01918 726658 with your order number.
Tracking updates are provided at key milestones: Order Confirmed, Processing, Dispatched, Out for Delivery, and Delivered.
If your tracking status has not updated for more than 48 hours, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Delivery Process
Order Placed
You place your order online and receive a confirmation email and SMS with your order details.
Processing
Our warehouse team verifies stock, packs the product securely, and prepares it for dispatch. This typically takes 4–12 hours on business days.
Dispatched
Your order is handed over to our delivery partner and you receive a tracking number via SMS and email.
Out for Delivery
The delivery agent will call you before arriving. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
Delivered
Upon receipt, inspect the package. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it before signing. Do not accept a damaged package without documenting it.
Receiving Your Order
Please ensure that you or an authorized representative is available at the delivery address during the expected delivery window.
The delivery agent may call you before arrival. Please be available on your registered phone number. Failed delivery attempts will be rescheduled.
After two failed delivery attempts, your order may be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery charges will apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
Upon receiving your package, inspect it carefully before signing the delivery acknowledgment. Report any visible damage, missing items, or wrong products immediately to the delivery agent or our support team.
Do not open sealed product boxes in front of the delivery agent unless you suspect damage. Disputes regarding product condition must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Delays & Exceptions
Link Computer Technologies is not responsible for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, floods, hartals, government restrictions, road blockages, or other force majeure events.
During peak seasons such as Eid, New Year, and major sales events, delivery timelines may be extended by 1–3 additional business days due to high order volumes.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact our support team. We will investigate and provide an update within 24 hours.
In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or an alternative product.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the damage before opening and report it to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Link Computer Technologies will investigate all claims of damaged or lost packages. Investigation may take 3–5 business days. Do not dispose of damaged packaging until the investigation is complete.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, Link Computer Technologies will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund including delivery charges.
Claims for missing items inside an intact package must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the received package.
