Welcome to Link Computer Technologies Ltd. ("Link Computer Technologies", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Link Computer Technologies' online and offline services across Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Last updated: April 2026.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not barred from receiving services under the laws of Bangladesh.

Link Computer Technologies reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Orders & Purchases

All orders placed on Link Computer Technologies are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person or per order.

Prices listed on our platform are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time the order is placed.

Link Computer Technologies reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of the order; acceptance occurs only when the product is dispatched.

Payment Terms

We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, EMI, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

For EMI transactions, additional terms and conditions from the respective bank or financial institution apply. Link Computer Technologies is not responsible for EMI processing delays or bank-side issues.

All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Link Computer Technologies does not store your card or mobile banking credentials.

In the event of a failed payment, your order will not be confirmed. Please retry or contact our support team at 01918 726658.

Shipping & Delivery

Link Computer Technologies delivers across all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Delivery timelines vary by location — typically 1–3 business days for Dhaka and 3–7 business days for other districts.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Free delivery may be available for orders above a specified threshold.

Link Computer Technologies is not responsible for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Upon delivery, please inspect your product before signing the delivery acknowledgment. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately to the delivery agent or our support team.

Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, subject to our Return Policy.

To initiate a return, contact our support team at linkcomputer.bd@gmail.com or call 01918 726658 with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging and accessories are not eligible for return or refund.

Certain product categories including software licenses, consumables, and items marked as non-returnable are excluded from our return policy.

Warranty

All products sold by Link Computer Technologies carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified on the product page. Warranty periods and coverage vary by brand and product category.

Warranty claims must be submitted through Link Computer Technologies' service centers or the brand's authorized service centers. Link Computer Technologies acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.

Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by improper use.

Link Computer Technologies' home service repairs carry a 30-day service warranty on the specific repair performed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Link Computer Technologies platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Link Computer Technologies Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without our express written permission.

Product names, logos, and trademarks displayed on our platform belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use such trademarks.

Privacy & Data

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Link Computer Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Link Computer Technologies' total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

We do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Link Computer Technologies encourages resolution of disputes through mutual negotiation before resorting to legal proceedings.
