Policy Overview
Link Computer Technologies Ltd. is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our Return Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to follow.
Products purchased from Link Computer Technologies — both online and in-store — may be eligible for return or exchange within the specified timeframe, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
This policy applies to all customers across Bangladesh. Last updated: April 2026.
Return Eligibility
A product is eligible for return within 7 days of the delivery or purchase date, provided it meets all the conditions listed in this policy.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice.
Products that show signs of use, physical damage caused by the customer, or are missing any original contents will not be accepted for return.
Customized, configured, or special-order products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
The following product categories are strictly non-returnable once opened or used:
Software licenses, antivirus subscriptions, and digital product keys — once activated, these cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Consumables such as printer cartridges, toners, thermal paper, and cleaning kits once opened.
Personal hygiene or wearable tech products including earphones, headsets, and smartwatch bands once used.
Products explicitly marked as 'Non-Returnable' on the product page at the time of purchase.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team at 01918 726658 or linkcomputer.bd@gmail.com.
Defective products will be inspected by our technical team. If confirmed defective, you will be offered a replacement, repair, or full refund at your preference.
For Dead on Arrival (DOA) products, please do not attempt to use or repair the device. Report it immediately and we will arrange a pickup and replacement.
Physical damage caused by the customer after delivery is not covered under this policy and will be directed to a paid repair service.
Return Process
Contact Support
Call our hotline at 01918 726658 or email linkcomputer.bd@gmail.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return. Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
Approval
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and notify you of approval or rejection with a reason.
Return Shipment
Once approved, you may drop off the product at the nearest Link Computer Technologies store, or we will arrange a pickup for orders placed online.
Inspection
The returned product will be inspected by our team within 2–3 business days of receipt.
Resolution
Upon successful inspection, your refund, replacement, or exchange will be processed promptly.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of return approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For bKash, Nagad, or Rocket payments, refunds will be sent to the same mobile account used during purchase.
For card payments (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), refunds will be credited back to the same card. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be issued via bKash or bank transfer. You will be asked to provide your account details.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange for the same product (different unit) if the original is defective or damaged. Exchanges for a different model or product are subject to availability and price difference.
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery and are subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns.
If the replacement product is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference. If lower, the difference will be refunded.
Warranty vs. Return
Returns and warranty claims are two separate processes. Returns apply within 7 days of purchase for eligible products. Warranty claims apply after the return window has closed.
For products beyond the 7-day return window that develop manufacturing defects, please visit our nearest service center or an authorized brand service center for a warranty claim.

Returns on EMI Orders
Products purchased on EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) can be returned subject to the same eligibility conditions. However, EMI cancellation and refund processing may take additional time depending on the bank's policy.
You are responsible for coordinating with your bank regarding EMI cancellation. Link Computer Technologies will provide you with the necessary documentation to facilitate this process.
Any processing fees or interest already paid to the bank are non-refundable by Link Computer Technologies.
